Select dates and number of Guests from the main menu and click SEARCH to view the available apartments. You may also use the filters to refine your search and find the apartment You wish to book. In the apartment page You find a summary of the reservation you are about to make. When you are satisfied with your choice, click on CONTINUE and complete your reservation.
The cancellation policies vary according to the rate applied and are shown in the confirmation voucher. If you wish to cancel a reservation made on this website, please send an e-mail to booking@mamoflorence.com. Cancellation requests must be approved by our staff. In the event of cancellations made after the allowed period, early departures and / or no-shows, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Guests may begin to check-in after 3 pm and to check-out by 10 am.
Yes, it is possible to check-out up to 2 pm with an additional cost of 40 euros. You may ask for the late check-out while processing the online check-in procedure. You may also contact us at +39.344.0686713 (WhatsApp and calls).
The day after your arrival date (check-in) our staff collect the pre-authorization unless You ask us to pay in cash in cash.
Seven days before the arrival date (check-in) our staff makes a pre-authorization of 200 euros on the credit card entered at the time of booking as safe deposit. If our staff doesn’t notice damages or shortages upon check-out, the administration department will release the safe deposit within seven days from check-out. Otherwise, our staff will contact You to notify the damages and/or shortages noticed. Repairing and restocking costs will be charged to the credit card provided as guarantee, without prejudice, in any case, to the right to compensation for greater damage if the amount of the safe deposit is not completely satisfactory.
It is not a payment request. It is just the confirmation of the credit card used during the booking process. Therefore, there is no further charge.
The Municipality of Florence requires the payment of 4 euros per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. The following are exempt from paying the tourist tax:
-children under 12 years
-people who assist patients admitted to local health facilities for a maximum of two people per patient
-patients who undergo hospital treatment in day hospital
-students enrolled at the University of Florence
-the severely handicapped, whose disability condition is certified as per article 3 paragraph 3 of the Law 104/92 and per similar provisions of the Countries of origin for foreign citizens
-employees of accommodation facilities who stay there for business needs only
The limited traffic area (ZTL) is active in the city center of Florence and is signaled by traffic lights and signs, as well as constantly monitored by cameras. Access is only allowed to authorized people and residents, on certain days and / or time slots, and if to access to one of the private garages located within the limited traffic area (ZTL). To find out about the updated provisions of the Municipality of Florence and to avoid fines, we invite you to visit the official website of the city of Florence, mobility section: https://en.comune.fi.it/OLD/mobility/driving.html N.B. our Guests can access the limited traffic area (ZTL) and parking their car easily by booking one of our partner private garages with whom we have agreed special rates.
Guests who need a mid-term apartment for rent may write to sales@mamoflorence.com to receive a personalized offer.
Please note that mid-term rentals involve additional costs due to the IRS, such as: Registration Tax (1% of the total amount of the reservation), Stamp duty (32 Euro), Contract registration (25 Euro) and, in case of foreign Guests, generation of a provisional Italian Tax Code (30 Euro).
Furthermore, utility bills are excluded and will be calculated at checkout according to consumption.
For termination of every reservation over 30 days the termination notice will vary from 2 to 6 months.
For reservations over 10 months the Agency fee and the 1st month rental are not refundable in case of cancellation before arrival.
A 6 months notice is required when terminating a contract/lease early, in order to avoid losing any of your prepaid security deposit.
Once the reservation is confirmed, you receive a welcome e-mail with the details of your reservation and the link to the online check-in area. This includes four steps: entering the personal details of each Guest; entering the billing details; signing the contract; confirming the credit card details. During the online check-in procedure, You may also choose to ask for additional services. The online check-in is required for bureaucratic reasons and must be completed before your arrival to gain access to the apartment.

Yes, it is after 11.30 am if the apartment You have booked is available. At the same time You will collect the keys of your apartment which will be ready, clean and sanitized after 3 pm.
It is possible to book one of our apartments in Florence by credit card. It is also possible to pay in cash, but it is still necessary to provide a credit card as a guarantee at the time of booking.
Payment Terms
Seven days before the arrival date (check-in), our staff makes a pre-authorization for the full amount of your reservation on the credit card entered at the time of booking. Then, according to the payment method You have chosen, our staff proceeds as follows:
- if you chose to pay with the same credit card entered at the time of booking, You don't have to do anything. The day after your arrival in Florence (check-in), our staff will turn the preauthorization into a charge
- if you prefer to pay in cash, please contact us through email booking@mamoflorence.com or calling / sending a WhatsApp to +39.344.0686713 to plan. Please note: the credit card as a guarantee is always and, in any case, required.
Yes, all our apartments in Florence have Wi-Fi broadband connection free of charge.
No, it is not allowed to comply with all our Guests.
Upon request and following to an explicit written authorization from our staff, it is possible to host small pets. Please consider an additional cost of 30 euros for a thorough cleaning to comply with any Guests. Payment of the above additional cost may be processed at the time of booking.
No, it is not possible to accommodate a greater number of people than that indicated in the description of each apartment, both for legal and administrative reasons.
